What happens in bad weather?
In case of very heavy rain, excessive heat (+35C°) or severe weather, you can change your tour to another date free of charge. Just send us an email.
We are more/less people than booked, what should we do?
You can change the group size free of charge up to one week before the tour starts. If you have changes after this deadline, we will refund the difference as a credit for fewer people, which you can redeem for your next adventure. If there are more players, there will be a corresponding extra charge. Please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will correct your booking and invoice.
What happens if we are late?
In order to guarantee a smooth process for the following groups, we can no longer guarantee the tour start in case of a delay. Therefore, please be on time.
Is there someone on site to introduce us to the game?
No, you will receive all the necessary information for on-site in your booking confirmation. The game starts with a tutorial, which you should read first. In it, everything else is explained.
How many people can play at the same time?
You can start with up to 12 people at the same time. If you are a larger group, we recommend splitting into several teams that start with a time delay. This way, everyone gets their money’s worth and has the maximum puzzle fun. If you are unsure, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Is the tour also suitable for corporate events or team building activities?
Yes, absolutely! If you want to play in a larger number of participants or need a company invoice, feel free to call or email us.
From what age is the adventure?
We do not give an age limit, our recommendation is 14 years and older. Younger children might be a bit overwhelmed with the story and the puzzles (exceptions are of course possible).
Children under 14 can walk and puzzle along free of charge as an escort.
Is there a discount for children?
No, children under 14 may participate free of charge, from 14 onwards the standard price applies to all puzzle fans.
Are we going on this adventure alone or are there other people with us?
You run alone in your group. Since there may be other groups starting before or after you, it is theoretically possible that you will meet another team on the way that took a little longer. However, since we have staggered the start of all groups and calculated the puzzle times very generously, a meeting is highly unlikely.
How does the tour start work?
You will receive detailed instructions on how to start the tour by email with your booking confirmation.
What happens if we can’t find a solution to a puzzle?
You always have tips and help with you. And if you get stuck, there’s an emergency number where you can get help around the clock.
Can I change my tour to another date?
Yes, until 2 days before the adventure the rebooking is even free of charge, after that we have to charge you a rebooking fee of 10,- Euro. Only in case of bad weather (rain, storm, snow or heat) the fee is not applicable.
Can I cancel my tour?
Yes, up to 7 days before the adventure you can cancel free of charge, after that we charge a cancellation fee. If you rebook your adventure instead, this fee will be waived.
